# Directions:

03 - Distribute 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauced area, ensuring coverage extends to all four quarters of the tortilla.
04 - Place half of the pepperoni (if using), bell pepper strips, red onion slices, and olives in separate triangular quarters. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp dried oregano.
