# Directions:

01 - Combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth consistency is achieved.
02 - Pour strawberry puree evenly into popsicle molds, filling each approximately halfway. Place molds in freezer for 30 minutes to partially set.
03 - Whisk matcha powder with 2 tablespoons of warm milk until no lumps remain and mixture is fully dissolved.
04 - In a mixing bowl, combine remaining milk, heavy cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and dissolved matcha. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
05 - Remove molds from freezer. Gently pour matcha latte mixture over strawberry layer to fill molds completely. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
06 - Freeze for minimum 4 hours or until completely solid throughout.
07 - Run molds under warm water for few seconds to release popsicles before unmolding.
