01 - 2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed (approximately 1/2 medium pineapple)

→ Liquids

02 - 1 cup coconut water
03 - 1 cup cold water
04 - 1/2 cup canned coconut milk, full-fat or light

→ Sweetener

05 - 2 to 3 tablespoons agave syrup or honey, to taste

→ Citrus

06 - Juice of 1 lime

→ Ice & Garnish

07 - 1 cup ice cubes
08 - Pineapple wedges, for garnish
09 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Place pineapple, coconut water, cold water, coconut milk, agave syrup or honey, and lime juice in a blender.
02 - Blend the mixture on high speed until completely smooth.
03 - Taste and adjust the sweetness level by adding more agave syrup or honey as preferred.
04 - Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher for a smoother texture, if desired.
05 - Add ice cubes to the pitcher or directly into serving glasses.
06 - Pour the agua fresca over ice and garnish with pineapple wedges and fresh mint leaves if desired.
07 - Serve immediately while cold.
