→ Decoration

07 - Fresh mint leaves (optional)
08 - Lemon slices (optional)

# Directions:

01 - In a small saucepan, stir together lemon juice, water, and sugar. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and let it bloom for 2 minutes.
02 - Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar and gelatin have completely dissolved (do not boil). Remove from heat and add lemon zest.
03 - Arrange 10–15 gummy bears at the bottom of each serving cup (you can use clear cups for best visual effect).
04 - Pour the warm lemonade gelatin mixture over the gummy bears, filling each cup.
05 - Allow cups to cool for 10 minutes at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
06 - Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices if desired.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • If you want a show-stopper dessert that's basically effortless, this is it, trust me.
  • The playful layers mean kids and grown-ups dive in with equal delight.
02 -
  • Skipping the blooming step once left me with stringy bits, so always let the gelatin soak for those two minutes.
  • Piling too many gummy bears in each cup looks great but can stop the jelly from holding its shape, so keep it balanced.
03 -
  • Pour the jelly mixture slowly to avoid trapping air bubbles for that crystal-clear finish.
  • Add the zest at the very end to protect those bright citrus oils from dulling in the heat.
